Virtual Training Series
Our Virtual Training Series is here to periodically give players (both boys AND girls) drills they can do away from the practice field. The time we spend committing to our development is crucial when taking our game to the next level. Our VTS will provide players a focused training session to make every rep count! We hope that with this training series we will be able to consistently have a positive impact on the growth of the sport of lacrosse not only in Washington State but worldwide.
