Drew is a 2x Team USA member who played 10 years on a professional level. During that time Snider was a 7x All-Star, 5x team captain, 4x champion, and finished 5th all-time in scoring for midfielders. Drew founded CitySideLax with Chris O'Dougherty in 2013.
Drew is a Seattle native hailing from Queen Anne hill who went to O'Dea High School. He played his youth lacrosse for the Queen Anne Warriors & Garfield High School. Snider graduated from the University of Maryland where he appeared in two ACC championships, as well as two NCAA Div. 1 championships; being named team captain his senior year. Hilary is from Rochester, NY where she attended Brighton High School where she played lacrosse and basketball. During her time there they won four sectional titles in lacrosse and a state championship her senior year. She then went on to play at Northwestern University. Hilary won four National Championships, finished with a record of 77-3, and tallied 299 points during her four years. She has coached at the collegiate level at Mount St. Mary's University and University of Southern California, has played for the US Team, and played in the first ever women's professional league. Today she is an assistant athletic director and the lacrosse coach at Seattle Academy.

Megan is Washington raised and attended the University of Tampa. She previously coached at Auburn Riverside High School and currently coaches for Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Megan was born in Seattle, WA, and grew up playing boy's lacrosse until 8th grade (as a face-off middie!) with her two brothers since they did not have girls' lax in her area. She played competitive soccer and lacrosse all through high school and was a duo-varsity athlete. She played for Seattle Starz, PSS and the Washington State All-Star team that attended the National School Girls' Lacrosse Tournament all throughout her high school career.
She attended The University of Tampa (2014-2017). Megan played midfield and attack.

Christian is from Stony Brook, New York and currently plays professionally with the Archers Lacrosse Club of the PLL and the Vancouver Warriors of the NLL. He is also currently the Head Coach & Program Director at Eastside Catholic.
Christian attended Ward Melville HS where he played both soccer and lacrosse. He then attended Rutgers University where he graduated in 2018. He moved out to Seattle in 2019 and coached at Glacier Peak HS previously before transitioning to his current role at Eastside Catholic.
In HS, Christian was a 3 year starter and All-Conference Soccer player in his Senior year. He was also named a US lacrosse All-American and received All Long-Island first team honors while helping lead his team to an undefeated 22-0 record that concluded with a New York State Championship and #1 National Ranking from Inside Lacrosse. At Rutgers University, he was a 4-year starter and named a Honorable Mention All-American, 2nd Team All-Big Ten, and Scholar All-American in his Senior year.

Playing for Coaches Drew and Kris Snider for the Raiders, David was apart of the 2013 State Championship team. In 2014 he was part of the inaugural team at Seattle Academy which also went on to win that year's state championship. After graduating David decided to head to the University of Denver, to study Mechanical Engineering, where he walked on to the varsity team. David has been a CitySide coach since 2014 when he began as a volunteer.

Carter was born in Portland, Oregon but he was raised in and calls Sammamish, WA home. Carter's brother was a coach for CitySideLax way back in the early days so coaching and lacrosse runs in the family.
Carter has been playing lacrosse since he was in 2nd grade and has been playing goalie for 12 years now. Carter has been coached by some of the best to do it and it's all thanks to my High School coach which happened to be Chris O'Dougherty at Eastlake High School. Carter also played for CitySideLax for many years including one of the very first teams they ever had. With the help of CitySide, Carter was prepared to be a college lacrosse player and because of CitySideLax, he currently plays at a Division 3 school called Western New England University in Springfield Massachusetts. Carter is a sophomore Studying criminal justice and potentially even Law if everything goes as planned.

Kris began playing lacrosse in New York in the 8th grade, eventually becoming a two-time County Player of the Year and HS All-American. As a four year starting attackman at the University of Virginia, he set the all-time scoring record and was selected as a 3X All-American. Since moving to Seattle in the early 1980's, Kris has been integral in establishing the Seattle Metro Youth Lacrosse Association, Washington HS Boys Lacrosse Association, Washington State Chapter of US Lacrosse as well as founding the QA Lacrosse Club and Elite 80 Lacrosse Camp, the longest running instructional camp in the Northwest.
